What follows is the most honest thing the Church has ever written. It is not comfortable. It is not complicated. It is simply what is true, stated plainly, without qualification.
You do not have to read it. The Church will not know if you don't. But you'll always wonder.
If you are ready, proceed. If you are not ready, the Church recommends sitting with it first.
